SHIPPING SpotForRent uses 3rd party shippers. We cannot guarantee the service level of the shippers, but know that shipping timeframes are well published and well known. If you have a concern about a delayed shipping, do let us know. RETURN POLICY All products must be PRE APPROVED for return. Any item returned without an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be rejected. If there is mistake with the order (wrong item shipped etc) Spotforrent.com will provide for return shipping. All new unopened products may be returned within 30 days after receipt for a full refund. Purchaser is required to pay return shipping. All new opened products may be returned within 30 days after receipt are subject to a 15% restocking charge. Purchaser is required to pay return shipping. Items may not be returned after 30 days. RMA REQUEST Please email support@trackme360.com to request an RMA.
